📟 Internal Systems
TR is a large organisation and internal HR and other relevant information is spread across multiple websites. At the time of writing (November 2021), there are three platforms that you should know about: Workday, The Hub, and The Point - the latter of which is in the process of being deprecated. Resources are moving around, but in general, in your first few days you might find the following useful.
- Workday - Our Human Resource Management System
- TheHub – Our company Intranet. The Hub is our go-to place for news and information.
In addition, HR will send you a link to your onboarding dashboard, which contains useful links and actions for you to perform during your first couple of weeks.
Functionality
The main functionality you will need from the internal systems in the beginning is summarised below. As time goes, you will likely start utilising these systems for various other things, too.
